"We have commitments from franchisees in the Chicago area, and we expect to open 10 stores in Chicago and surrounding areas in the next 12 months," said Joanne Shaw, founder and president of The Coffee Beanery. The Coffee Beanery opened the first franchise location in this target market area recently in Naperville.
