WACO, Texas - (January 12, 2005)-Brown, who has been in charge of marketing and communications since joining the company in 2001, oversees national efforts for the franchise that include the production of television commercials; the writing, design and distribution of print advertising and marketing collateral; management of internal communications; participation in national home improvement shows on network and cable television; distribution of company news and more.

 In her new role, Brown will oversee a growing marketing staff that assists franchise owners across the nation with advertising and marketing tools used to grow their businesses.  She will serve on the senior management team for the company, remain active in guiding the national branding efforts for DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen, and continue to work closely with franchisees appointed to DreamMaker's Marketing, Advertising and Promotion Committee.

 Brown has been active on committees for the National Kitchen and Bath Association and the National Association of the Remodeling Industry.  She has been a guest columnist for Kitchen and Bath Business magazine.  She is a graduate of Baylor University, is married and has two children.
