The food at California Chicken Grill is either grilled or baked, there are no fryers in the kitchen.  Everything is served fresh and fast in a casual dining atmosphere.  Don't feel like dining out? Get it to go, or have it delivered right to your door.  The menu includes an extensive selection of... yah you guessed it, chicken!!  Skinless, boneless grilled chicken, grilled chicken wings, baked chicken tenders, wraps, sandwiches and salads.  To compliment the chicken selections there is a variety of home-made side dishes and made from scratch signature sauces.  " We have something for everyone.  From the ultra-health conscious, to the everyday fast food addict," said Habib.

California Chicken Grill was founded in 1999 in Gainesville , FL by two brothers.  The first location was located by the University of Florida and was an immediate success.  Shortly there after locations opened in Tallahassee , Orlando , and Columbia , South Carolina .  Stores in Austin , Texas and Raleigh , North Carolina are currently in the works.
