Lake Forest, CA) April 1, 2004 - Mike Annis joined Del Taco franchising 1993 as vice president and general counsel and was named to the Board of Directors in 1994. With 23-years in the restaurant industry, Annis has previously served as general counsel for Red Robin and held positions at PepsiCo Food Services. Annis earned his Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School and his bachelor of arts from CSU, Long Beach.

Dominguez has held operations, training and franchise development positions with Del Taco for 19 years. Most recently he served as senior director of training and will continue to oversee training while adding human resources to his responsibilities as vice president.
