The Conrads will assist local job seekers in finding the job they want and recruit qualified employees for area businesses. Express Personnel Services Franchise offers full-time recruiting and interviewing, as well as traditional temporary staffing in a variety of fields, including office services, customer service, technical, professional and light industrial. Prior to joining Express Franchising, Mark held a variety of management positions at Aggreko, including director of global sales and marketing, vice president of sales and marketing, director of marketing and general manager. He is a member of the American Marketing Association and various chamber, networking and economic organizations throughout the Bay Area. Mona plans to provide office support part-time. She earned her bachelor's of science degree in business education from Louisiana State University, and worked in the business office at the Louisiana State University Agricultural Experiment Station.
