Prior to opening his office, he was responsible for generating the financial statements for Express Personnel Services' international offices located in Canada, South Africa and Australia. He also maintained the fixed asset registers for Express Services, Inc. Before joining Express, Yeats owned Executive Connection, an information technology consulting company, and worked as the print shop manager of On the Ball Logos. Yeats earned his bachelor's degree in finance and management from Oklahoma Baptist University.
