Third quarter sales totaled $312 million, with the company experiencing significant growth in several areas. Express has opened 41 locations in 2004, with several new offices in Florida, Georgia, Texas and Canada.

The most significant growth factor continues to be the increasing demand for workers, as evidenced by the recent Department of Labor employment figures. "Labor markets are beginning to tighten and businesses are finding it difficult to find the talent they need to fill key positions," said Robert A. Funk, founder and chairman of Express Services, Inc. "More businesses are turning to staffing companies to help them meet their mounting workforce needs."

Funk expects this worker demand in Oklahoma to continue to rise. "During the first nine months of 2004 Express' offices in the Oklahoma City region have demonstrated a 50 percent increase in demand over the same period in 2003. In addition, demand in the Tulsa metro area has grown 48 percent."

Oklahoma City-based Express Services' client base extends through four countries and employs more than 240,000 people annually. Company sales totaled $1 billion dollars in 2003.
