"Documents are out to two additional franchise prospects and we expect to have them signed and paid in early July, which gives a kick-start to the second half of the year," Mr. Tate said.  "Also in the next few weeks, we'll be meeting with four or five highly qualified restaurant operators and business people and we're optimistic that they will join our franchise community.
