New Members Come On Board To Advise Computor Renaissance

Hollis Technologies LLC, announced today, 3 new members have joined the Computer Renaissance Advisory Board. Mark C. Hollis Chairman of the Advisory Board, former COO, President and Vice Chairman of the board of directors of Publix Super Markets Inc., announced that Rick Inatome, Keith Sirois and Dr. Greg McCann have agreed to join the company's advisory Board. Rick Inatome, Mentor/Managing Partner, Mentor Capital Partners, LLC., is a well-known computer industry pioneer who co-founded two successful technology companies - Computer City and Inacomp Computer Centers. Rick was the founder and former Chairman of Inacomp Corp, a global Fortune 500 technology services company. In addition, Rick co-founded Computer City, one of the country's leading computer superstore chains, which he later sold to Tandy Corporation. Rick, along with Isiah Thomas, was able to take the American Speedy Printing company out of bankruptcy and make it into one of the most profitable franchise systems in the industry. He has invested in or co-founded over 30 entities. These include Sylvan Learning and Atlantic Premium Brands, among others. Mr. Inatome currently serves as Chairman of AAA Michigan. He also serves on the Boards of RL Polk, Saturn Electronics and Engineering, ACG, Action Technology, Michigan Virtual University, Above All, the Southwest Florida Venture Group and Digital Detroit. In Michigan, Mr. Inatome has played a key role in helping to guide the state's business and education technology infrastructure. Governor John Engler appointed him the initial chairman of the Michigan Information Network. Mr. Inatome was involved in the launch of Microsoft's advisory council and served a term as president of that council. He remains international speaker on information technology strategy and has keynoted Comdex events in the U.S., Japan, India, Brazil and China. Mr. Inatome was inducted into the Computer Industry Hall of Fame and was named one of the 25 most influential people to shape the computer industry in the 1980s by CRN. Keith Sirois is CEO of Checkers Drive-in Restaurants, Inc. A member of CheckersÒ management team since August of 1996, Mr. Sirois has more than 25 years of management and leadership experience in the food service industry. His responsibilities during his career have spanned from single restaurant operations to the current Checkers/Rally'sÒ 100-plus franchisee system with nearly 800 restaurants, and he has generated positive results in every facet of these businesses including P&L and overhead, real estate and all aspects of human resources in addition to operations. Mr. Sirois has served as the Vice President of Franchise Operations at Checkers since 1999. He has also served as Director of Franchise Operations and as a Franchise Business Consultant for Checkers since joining the Company in August of 1996. Prior to joining Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc., Mr. Sirois was Vice President of Operations at HeartWise Express Inc., a start-up fast food operation, from 1992 to 1996. He has also held high-level management positions with Mrs. FieldsÒ Cookies, where he was Director of Operations, Old Country BuffetÒ, Oh! Brian's Restaurants, and Taco BellÒ Restaurants (PEPSICO). In addition to his significant corporate leadership experience, Mr. Sirois has valuable knowledge of store-level operations, having begun his career as a Manager in Training with Denny'sÒ Restaurants Inc., and working his way up through levels of management to become Regional Manager for seven Midwestern states before departing Denny's in 1983. Dr. Greg McCann has been a faculty member and consultant for the last fourteen years. From 1994-96 he held an endowed Greenberg professorship at Stetson University. Currently he holds the positions of both associate professor of business at Stetson and director of its internationally prominent Family Business Center. Greg has an undergraduate degree in accounting from Stetson University and a law degree from the University of Florida. He holds licenses in the state of Florida as both a CPA and a lawyer. Growing up in a family that owned businesses he began working in them from the age of 11. Upon graduation he worked with the public accounting firm of Price Waterhouse. Subsequent to working on their audit staff he joined the healthcare firm of Glenbeigh where he lead the effort to help the company develop five new hospitals, including successfully obtaining the state licenses for all five. After law school he helped develop a small family business, A. Thatcher. A. Thatcher designed a prototype company that sold custom clothing to business people. Since 1990 he has been an award winning teacher, scholar and consultant. Dr. McCann was instrumental in initiating the J.D. MBA degree linking Stetson's graduate school with their law school. He also developed the University's Business Law and Family Business Minors, now two of the most popular minors in the Business School. He lead the effort to create the nation's first major in family business. As Director of the Family Business Center, Greg has been the catalyst of making Stetson University known for their impact on family businesses. He is one of the leading scholars in the field being recognized nationally with the Academy of Management's Model Program Award, the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship's Innovation in Pedagogy Award, and the Freedom Foundation's Leavey Award for Excellence in Free Enterprise Education. His most acclaimed accomplishment was receiving the Universities highest award, the McEniry Award for Excellence in Teaching. As Founder of McCann & Associates Consulting, Greg has been able to help family businesses with such issues as succession, strategic and estate planning, next generation leadership training, and communication. He has also worked with numerous universities to help them develop their family business programs.
