Party City Corporation Names Bill Bub Vice President of Sales and Store Operations

Party City Corporation (PCTY), America's largest party goods chain, today announced that Bill Bub has been named Vice President of Sales and Store Operations. In his new role, Mr. Bub will be responsible for sales management and day to day operational activities of Party City's Company-owned locations.

Mr. Bub, age 43, has been the Regional Vice President of the Company's Central Region since 1998. Prior to joining Party City, Bill spent three years at Jumbo Sports, where he was a District Manager and later became the Director of Stores. He also worked for Venture Stores for five years as a Store Manager, was promoted to a Market Manager and then became a Divisional Vice President/District Manager. He was also a District Manager at Office Depot for three years.

Bill began his retail career with 10 years at Target, as a Department Manager, Customer Service Manager, Operations Manager, Merchandise Manager, and ultimately a Store Manager. He received his Bachelors Degree in Finance from the University of Missouri - St. Louis.
