Suwanee Entrepreneur Becomes HomeVestors' Newest Franchise Owner

SUWANEE, Ga. - As the newest franchise owner for HomeVestors of America, Inc., Ed Copenhaver is ready to buy ugly houses. And he couldn't be happier about it.

"I believe a beautiful home is in the eyes of the beholder," said Copenhaver. "As a HomeVestors franchisee, my company is able to test that belief by salvaging homes that are in disrepair and renovating them for resale."

Known nationwide for its "We Buy Ugly Houses" advertising campaign, HomeVestors has become one of the fastest-growing real estate companies in America with more than 240 locations in 25 states.

The company, Coronado Properties, Inc., will be located at 1400 Marketplace Blvd., Ste. 177, in Cumming.

Ed Copenhaver recently completed HomeVestors' intensive 10-day training
program at HomeVestors' corporate headquarters in Dallas, which
consisted of classroom and field training geared toward buying, selling
and repairing properties.
