Convenience Fitness Approved to Offer Franchises in

21 Minute Convenience Fitness, a unique fitness studio headquartered in Walnut Creek, Calif., today announced it has been approved to offer additional franchise opportunities in New York, Illinois and Virginia and is already working with several interested potential franchisees. This cutting edge fitness program is the ultimate in "convenience" fitness; it is a sweatless, 21-minute program, done in street clothes and with a coach using 2005 handheld technology. The workouts are performed once or twice per week, and results are guaranteed.
