We created Artuzzi’s with a passion for great Italian food. We get up each morning, with the same goal: to serve fresh, gourmet Italian food in a hip, fast paced environment. We know that great Italian food has to be prepared fresh each and every day. We use the same cooking technique as those fancy gourmet Italian restaurants, but we don’t require reservations or a jacket for gentlemen.

No violins. No chianti candles.

Just like our menu, we took classic Italian design and added some creative twists. Vibrant Italian colors against rich wood grains. Classic maple tables combined with contemporary metal chairs. Old world Italian posters printed on brushed aluminum backgrounds. Even the music mixes things up a bit. You’ll hear rat pack icons such as Frank Sinatra along with jazz legends like Billie Holiday.

Why Italian Food?

Most Italian food qualifies as downright healthy. You aren’t a believer? Go to Rome – we dare you to find a pot belly. Italian’s are always beach ready. And Italian women? Can you say Sophia Loren! How else are you going to fit on the back of a Vespa! Fresh ingredients and delightful salads – Italians aren’t falling asleep at their desks by 2 pm because they overate nasty chemical-laden hamburgers at lunch.

And the best part? Our food is served fast. Not 30 seconds or its free fast, but quickly (usually 5 to 8 minutes). In the meantime, you can enjoy our open theatre style kitchen and watch our crew cook your meal to order (don’t be alarmed by the flames under the sautee pan, that’s part of the cooked to order process). So you may be asking yourself: Fresh, made to order gourmet Italian food served quickly sounds a little different? It is. That’s why we call it Italian with a Twist.

Artuzzi’s has the Italian attitude – fresh ingredients served imaginatively! Want some Italian magic for yourself? We can’t promise you will suddenly be riding around town on a Vespa  but we think you’ll like the little extra bounce in your step.

• Onions increase blood-clot dissolving activity and can also reduce the risks of diabetes 
• Peppers can help to reduce respiratory illnesses and help asthmatics breathe more easily.  Peppers are also a good source of vitamin C.

Tomatoes
• Tomatoes contain lycopene, which is a potent antioxidant and can help to limit the damage caused by free radicals.

Pasta
• Face it.  It’s not the pasta that gives you that overstuffed feeling.  It’s eating way too much.  Our portions are filling, not stuffing.  Add a salad to aid in digestion and you'll be Speedo ready.
• Pasta is fortified with folic acid (the synthetic form of naturally occurring folate), due to Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations that require enriched grain products to contain this essential vitamin.
