Prime locations are not always easy to come by. Therefore, we assist you in hiring highly experienced real estate brokers that will help you identify and secure prime real estate sites. Once potential sites are identified, we will assist in negotiating a variety of issues including price per sq./ft, build-out time and allowances, renewal terms, etc, etc. Although we are a fast moving company, we will not yield to expansion pressure that ultimately stifles growth. Therefore, we will continue to reject locations until everyone including Moe's staff, our real estate brokers and you-the franchisee is satisfied that we have found a location that will provide the best possible chance for success.
