PARAGOULD, Ark., May 10, 2005 – The new restaurant is located at 3506 Linwood Drive and can be reached at 870-215-0690.  The restaurant is owned by Lance Mitchell and Kristin Frankowski of Buffalo’s of Paragould LLC and managed by Jay Ussery. 

The establishment will seat up to 230 guests in the bar and dining area, and an additional 50 diners on the outdoor patio.  Large parties of up to 45 guests can also host events or meetings at the restaurant.  There also will be 18 televisions, including nine in the bar and two on the patio.  Operating hours will be 11 a.m. – 10 p.m., Sunday-Thursday, and 11 a.m. – 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday. 

On Saturday, May 14, the restaurant will host a special VIP party to help benefit the Greene County chapters of both the American Cancer Society and American Diabetes Association.

Buffalo’s Southwest Cafe offers an award-winning menu highlighted by its world-famous Buffalo-style chicken wings.  These wings are prepared to perfection with one of the proprietary wing sauces and served with a rich, homemade bleu cheese or ranch dip.  Other favorites include a variety of delicious Southwest-inspired appetizers and entrees.  The menu features soups, bountiful salads, tempting wraps, fajitas, pastas, mouthwatering burgers, steaks, seafood and delectable desserts.  Prices start around $2.59 for soups, $4.99 for appetizers, and range from $5.99 to $15.99 for entrees.  The restaurant will also serve a variety of beer and wines.

For the past 23 years, Mitchell has worked in his family-owned Ford-Mercury dealership, Pannell Ford-Mercury.  He is a resident of Paragould.  Frankowski, Mitchell’s sister and a native of Paragould, is a pharmacist in Little Rock, Ark.  They have plans to open additional restaurants in Arkansas, Western Tennessee and the Missouri boothill area.
