Buffalos Southwest Cafe Kicks Off the Football Season

...with the Atlanta Falcons. This season, Atlanta Falcons fans will be enjoying the famous wings of Buffalo’s Southwest Cafe when tailgating before home games at the Georgia Dome. During all pre-season and regular season home games, Falcons fans can purchase Buffalo's Southwest Cafe's world-famous Buffalo-style chicken wings, chicken tenders, "tumbleweed" chips and beverages. The Buffalo’s food tent will be adjacent to the Budweiser tent in the tailgating area known to fans as “The Gulch” on lots A and B. Fans can enjoy delicious fare from four hours prior to the game up until kick-off. Buffalo’s will kick off the 2005 season at the first pre-season game on Saturday, Aug. 13, at 7:30 p.m. against the Baltimore Ravens. This isn't the first time Buffalo’s Southwest Cafe has teamed up with the Falcons. During the off season, the restaurant chain kept players and volunteers well fed at the team’s community events throughout the city, which ranged from building playgrounds to assisting at high school football camps. "We're pleased to bring two established Atlanta traditions, the Falcons and Buffalo's, together for fans to enjoy this season," said Ralph Perrella, president and founder of Buffalo's Franchise Concepts Inc., franchisor of Buffalo’s Southwest Cafe. "This is a great partnership, whose benefits have already been seen through our involvement with the Falcons' community work. Both our teams are committed to helping the community as well as giving fans a winning experience, whether on the field or in the dining room." About Buffalo’s Southwest Cafe Each restaurant provides a unique Southwest dining experience with flavorful cuisine, distinctive design and striking architecture. The exterior design includes an architectural presentation of the company's Buffalo head and wing logo. Buildings incorporate a desert canyon palette of stucco and stacked stone with terra cotta, sandstone, red and yellow hues. The restaurants’ interiors feature metal ceilings, wooden floors and walls, and hundreds of Southwest American artifacts and memorabilia. Based in Marietta, Ga., Buffalo’s Franchise Concepts Inc., franchisor of Buffalo’s Southwest Cafe, was founded in 1985 and has approximately 40 restaurants in Georgia, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Puerto Rico and Kuwait. The company has new units under construction in Florida, Mississippi, Nevada and Texas and is expanding the concept in those states. Single and multi-unit development opportunities are available. |
