"Buffalo's Southwest Cafe is a dynamic concept that is growing in popularity. It caught our eye on Franchise Gator, a website resource for entrepreneurs," said Bob Mattis. "We're particularly pleased to be able introduce the concept to South Florida and Coral Springs residents, and we hope to expand with additional restaurants in the future." Mattis, a resident of Coral Springs, has been part-owner of C.A.M. International Trade Inc., for five years. C.A.M. International supplies aircraft parts worldwide. High-back booths, the primary seating, each sport a different theme such as gunslingers, outlaw posters, Indians, lawmen and railroads.
