3 Little Pigs PA is owned by George Falaras, Stan Kalisek and John Peera and is based in Flint, Michigan. Mr. Falaras, Mr. Peera and Tom Smith are owners of a 30-year business known as Blue Collar Gourmet. They operate four restaurants: Bubba's Roadside Inn, Bubba O'Malley's, Big Eazy Rhythm & Blues Grill and Redwood Lodge Mesquite Grill & Brew Pub. They also own and operate a banquet and conference center to one of the largest hospitals in Michigan, the Genesys Health Park system. Mr. Falaras is also a 12-year partner in 20 Applebee's restaurants in Northern Michigan through Miller Apple, L.P.

Famous Dave's currently has two restaurants, and development agreements for additional restaurants, in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. The new agreement with 3 Little Pigs PA covers the entire state of Pennsylvania other than the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
