BAY AREA IS SITE OF BOOMING EXPANSION BY “GEEKS ON CALL”

Continuing its rapid growth in California, national on-site computer-services company Geeks On Call® has begun a major expansion in the Bay Area. Already Geeks On Call® has three Bay-Area franchises that provide mobile computer support to homes and businesses, and is scheduled to launch another three franchises next month. Overall, Geeks On Call® will roll out 14 franchises throughout the Bay Area over the course of one year.

The owner of these 14 franchises is Hugh Wright, an accomplished electrical engineer whose technical experience stretches back 25 years. His career highlights include 10 years with a semi-conductor manufacturer and 15 years performing various marketing roles for two other high-tech firms. Supplementing his hands-on knowledge is a solid education that includes a BA in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a Masters of Business Administration with honors from Santa Clara University. In particular, his business skills are vital to the daily operations of his Geeks franchises by enabling him to manage and lead his continually growing staff of full-time computer technicians and ensuring that Geeks On Call® provides the Bay Area with the same customer-first service that has made it so popular across the country.
