Buffalo’s Southwest Cafe will open its first restaurant in Shenandoah, Texas, on Monday, March 6, at 11 a.m. The restaurant is located at 1620 Research Forest Drive, and is the company’s second restaurant in the Houston area. To celebrate the opening, the restaurant will host a private VIP party on March 4. Members of the South Montgomery County Woodlands Chamber of Commerce will join Buffalo’s Southwest Cafe on March 28 at 11:30 a.m. for an official ribbon-cutting ceremony. The Shenandoah Buffalo’s Southwest Cafe is owned and operated by Joey Moore and Stephen and Kate Warth, owners of Full Belly Enterprises LLC, located in Houston. Full Belly Enterprises has a development agreement for a second Buffalo’s Southwest Cafe, with plans to open in Pearland, Texas, in 2007. A native of Corpus Christi, Texas, Moore has been a business consultant for 20 years and lives in the Montrose area of Houston. Stephen and Kate Warth, originally from Sugarland and Arlington respectively, currently reside in Cypress, Texas. “Shenandoah is a fast-growing area for both commercial and residential development,” Kate Warth said. “Buffalo’s Southwest Cafe is a great family restaurant and a place where friends can meet, relax and enjoy our delicious food. We look forward to being part of the Shenandoah community.” The Shenandoah restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. Operating hours are 11 a.m.-10 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m.-11 p.m., Friday and Saturday. The 4,200-square-feet building seats approximately 255 guests, with room for 28 on its patio, and can accommodate private parties of up to 125. Guests will enjoy Buffalo’s award-winning cuisine, featuring its world-famous Buffalo-style chicken wings prepared to perfection with one of several proprietary wing sauces and served with a rich, homemade bleu cheese or ranch dip. Other favorites include a variety of delicious Southwest-inspired appetizers and entrees, including delicious soups, salads, wraps, sizzling fajitas, pastas, juicy burgers, steaks, seafood and delectable desserts. Prices start around $2.59 for soups, $4.99 for appetizers, and range from $5.99 to $14.99 for entrees. Throughout the week, diners can also enjoy a variety of specials including $.35 wings on Tuesday evenings, live music on Thursdays, and on Sundays children under 12 eat free. The restaurant will have four plasma television screens and 12 additional televisions. Carry-out service will be available. |
