MARIETTA, Ga., July 6, 2004 - Full Belly Enterprises is currently in the site selection process and anticipates opening its restaurant in early 2005.  Buffalo's Southwest Cafe's first Houston restaurant, located at 12020 FM 1960 West, will open at the end of 2004.

Originally from Corpus Christi, Texas, Moore has been a small business consultant for more than 20 years and lives in the Montrose area of Houston.
