Buffalos Southwest Franchise Continues Texas Expansions

Buffalo's Franchise Concepts Inc. (BFCI), franchisor of Buffalo's Southwest Cafe, has signed a development agreement for its second Houston restaurant. The agreement is with Full Belly Enterprises LLC, owned by Houston resident Joey Moore and a private investor. MARIETTA, Ga., July 6, 2004 - Full Belly Enterprises is currently in the site selection process and anticipates opening its restaurant in early 2005. Buffalo's Southwest Cafe's first Houston restaurant, located at 12020 FM 1960 West, will open at the end of 2004. "Houston is one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States and thrives on new ideas and concepts. We believe the Buffalo's Southwest Cafe concept fits in well with the southwestern style of Texas," Moore said. Originally from Corpus Christi, Texas, Moore has been a small business consultant for more than 20 years and lives in the Montrose area of Houston. "This development agreement is very important for our company as its marks our continued expansion into Houston and the Southwest," said Ralph Perrella, BFCI president and co-founder. "Full Belly Enterprises is a strong addition to our franchise business partner team." Based in Marietta, Ga., Buffalo's Franchise Concepts was founded in 1985 and has restaurants in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, Puerto Rico and Kuwait. The company has new units under construction in Arkansas, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina and Texas. Award-winning Buffalo's Southwest Cafe offers the world-famous Buffalo-style chicken wings with a variety of flavors for every taste in addition to Southwest-inspired entrees and appetizers. The menu features a variety of specialty dishes as well as mouthwatering steaks, ribs, fajitas, chili, quesadillas, wraps, hamburgers, soups, salads, sandwiches and desserts. From now until August, the restaurant is featuring the spring menu "Sundance Specials," a new promotion that includes such specialties as "Coconut Jerk Wings," "Black and Bleu Salmon," a new Southwest Cobb Salad, and delicious Southwest Egg Rolls. |
