Famous Dave's "Ribs for Relief" Benefits Hurricane Katrina Recovery

(NASDAQ:DAVE) President and CEO David Goronkin announced the "Ribs for Relief" program to help support The Salvation Army's Hurricane Katrina recovery efforts. Through September 30, 2005, participating Famous Dave's Legendary Pit Bar-B-QueR restaurants will donate $.50 to The Salvation Army's relief efforts for every full slab of ribs sold. Guests can make additional contributions at donation bins at Famous Dave's restaurants. Individual Famous Dave's restaurants throughout the country are also planning special events and other fundraising efforts, including a September 9 Katrina Relief Benefit Concert featuring Louisiana Zydeco star Chubby Carrier at the Calhoun Square location in Minneapolis.
