Dan has been working diligently on the restaurant, which offers both the indoor and outdoor dining experience - and the convenience of ample parking in the rear. the 1,425 square foot eating facility, specializing in a multitude of salads and wraps, also serves a variety of lattes, cappuccinos and baked goods to add to the ambiance. Regardless of what the taste bud craves, the vast Salad Creations selection is ready to satisfy the most discerning palate. As for time constraints, Dan's location is open daily from 7am to 8pm for the breakfast and dinnertime patron - seven days a week.

Dan opened the doors to Salad Creations on Tuesday November 7, 2005, and was overwhelmed by the shear number of patrons waiting to partake in the Salad Creations cuisine. All in all, day one was a great success, with many more to follow!

Located just south of Palmetto Park Road on Federal Highway, Salad Creations is centrally located and eager to deliver to the surrounding Mizner Park and Boca Raton residents. Not to mention that you can't miss Dan's "Veggie Van" tooling around Boca's East side with its colorful decor and who can forget the dancing tomato that was present on opening day.
