1-800 WATER DAMAGE Signs First Franchise Agreement for Virginia

Seattle, Wash. - 1-800 WATER DAMAGE, the nation's leading franchise specializing in water damage restoration for homes and businesses, announced today it has signed an agreement with entrepreneurs Andre and Eva Wiggins to develop the first 1-800 WATER DAMAGE location in Virginia, set to open in May 2005 in Virginia Beach.
