The agreement between U.S. Beef Corporation and Taco Bueno represents the first of three franchise contracts since January of this year. Growing concentrically from its core markets in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas is part of the chain's national growth strategy.

According to Davis, the franchise plan with Taco Bueno creates the opportunity for U.S. Beef Corporation to purchase real estate parcels of 1.5 to 2.0 acres, which will accommodate both Taco Bueno and Arby's restaurants, thus helping the franchisee minimize real estate and development costs.
