Express Personnel Goal: 900 Offices By 2009
|
Express Personnel, the staffing franchise that takes pride in its learning culture and franchisee support, plans to double its number of offices in the next four years. Oklahoma City, OK - May 23, 2005 - Since the first Express Personnel office was franchised in 1985, the Franchise opportunity has grown to 472 franchises in twenty years. Now Express Personnel is poised for more aggressive franchise opportunity expansion, expecting 900 offices across the U.S. and Canada by 2009 - over a hundred new business opportunities and offices a year. "We see huge potential in the Oregon, Washington, Montana and in California all of the Northwest, which are underdeveloped regions for us," says Nikki Sells, Express Personnel Vice President of Franchising. "Currently we're very strong in the Midwest, Texas Colorado and Central, Georiga, Tennessee, Ohio, regions. But there's room for Franchise opportunities and growth in all these geographical areas, too." The company, which offers a full range of employment staffing franchise services is 100% franchised. "All our resources go directly to franchisees," Sells explains. "There's not another one like us out there. We take direction from the field. We are a bottom-up company." Training is a top priority at Express Personnel Franchise, which has fostered a strong learning culture. It begins with two weeks of hands-on and classroom pre-training at Oklahoma City-based headquarters. That's followed by another week immersed in one of 14 franchise working offices. When a new franchise opens, two company field experts specializing in operations and sales are on the premises the first full week. Express Personnel also offers each franchisee access to its e-learning program, and through Express University franchisees can become certified in the staffing industry. In addition, the company presents a yearly convention designed to educate and motivate. Franchise fee is $25,000, which includes complete training as well as administrative costs. Prospective franchisees should expect to invest between $130,000 and $160,000, depending on territory. In addition to the U.S. and Canada, open markets with available territories include South Africa and Australia.
