Batteries Plus, the largest U.S. chain focused on the $22 billion battery category and serving both retail and commercial customers, has announced that it has chosen Applied Media Technologies Corporation to provide telephone on hold messaging to its more than 255 stores nationwide Under the agreement, Batteries Plus stores will receive AMTC’s TelAdvantage system, including the iQueue II Digital Music and Messaging on hold Player, custom message recording, and access to HoldDirect.com, the world’s first online distribution system for on hold messaging and music.TelAdvantage is the world’s most recognized brand of telephone on hold messaging.
