Emeryville, CA – Cartridge World, the world’s fastest growing ink cartridge refill franchise concept, has announced its expansion plans for Israel. The company has announced that it has awarded the Master franchise rights to Israel to Ronny Frydberg and Ofer Heilig.

Ronny Frydberg brings to Cartridge World over 25 years of business experience from Hewlett Packard Israel, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and was responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations with over US$400 million in annual revenues and 800 employees. Ofer Heilig also brings significant technology and business experience from both Hewlett Packard and Compaq where he managed the channel sales team and helped rebuild HP’s printer channel.
