Craig Gandolph is the entrepreneur and creative force behind the Gandolfo’s Deli restaurant system. Craig grew up on Long Island, New York, worked in several local delicatessens for over the course of 26 years, and learned the secrets to creating great subs and sandwiches.

He moved to Utah in 1989 and started Gandolfo’s Deli in downtown Provo. Today, there are 46 Gandolfo’s Deli franchises opened within 8 states across the country.

Craig, 40, is the proud father of 5 children – 4 boys and one girl. He and his wife, Carrie, have been married for 18 years. Craig, an avid baseball fan, has played against Utah Valley State College when it was known as Utah Tech. He pitched for Rick’s college. Craig had served his LDS Church mission in Albuquerque, Mexico.
