Lenny’s Sub Shops Continues Growth in Houston Market

Lenny’s Franchisor, LLC, franchisor of Lenny’s Sub Shops, announced today an agreement to add restaurants in Houston, Texas. Franchisee group P&R, LLP, a prominent group of investors and operators, including Patrick J. Miller, and brothers Robert Sorensen and Randy Sorensen have agreed to open a total of 5 restaurants in Houston over the next several years. P&R plans to open their first location in the vicinity of FM 1960 and Stuebner Airline in fall 2005. Currently, Lenny’s Sub Shops has one operating location in the Houston area with seven others under development.

The agreement further extends the reach of the Memphis-based regional quick-service restaurant organization into the Southwest. Last month it was announced that CLM Franchise Consultants, LLC, headed by Lenny’s founder and franchisee Len Moore will open 80 restaurants in the Houston, Texas market.
