Mr. Frase serves as Manager of Programming and Network Support for Lenny’s. He is an integral part of developing the new point-of-sale system and will also provide support after the system-wide rollout. Once the POS system is released, he will be responsible for the network at the corporate office as well as the WAN of the franchisees. Frase, a Microsoft Certified Partner, was formerly the Chief Information Officer of a family owned company, Frase Software Systems, Inc., which has provided custom software solutions for the United States Federal Government and corporations across the country.

As Director of Operations for DGP, Mr. McMillon will be responsible for opening, operating and overseeing all 125 of DGP’s restaurants, which are located throughout S  outh Florida in 15 counties. Mr. McMillon has been in the food service business for 20 years. He held senior management positions at Gate Gourmet, the 2nd largest airline catering company. He received a business administration degree from Broome Community College in Binghamton, New York.
