He will be responsible for providing support in the areas of business, financial management, and sales to the Right at Home franchise offices in the northeast and southeast regions of the United States.

Prior to joining Right at Home, Creal served as an Operations Coordinator with Vetter Health Services for over 19 years, providing direction and support to nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and independent living facilities in multiple locations. Creal’s background also includes serving as President of the Nebraska Health Care Association and Board Member of the American Health Care Association.

Founded by former hospital administrator Allen Hager in 1995, Right at Home began offering franchises in 2000. Today, it has over 100 offices operating in the United States and a total of 300 locations projected within the next five years.
