AmericInn Expands to Boiling Springs, North Carolina

Chanhassen, MN (April 15, 2005) - AmericInn will break ground for the new Lodge & Suites of Boiling Springs, North Carolina on April 26, 2005 at 11:00 am.  Located at 428 East College Avenue in Boiling Springs, the 53-room Lodge & Suites is expected to open fall of 2005 as the first AmericInn of North Carolina.  The ownership group; Spring INN-Vestors, LLC and the management company; Three Rivers Hospitality, LLC are excited to undergo the construction process to bring the upscale lodging property to the Boiling Springs community and traveling guests.
