Ed has a legal background with a specialty in labor and employment law and served as a government relations professional in the chemical industry for many years. In addition, Edward is a member of the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce, Fauquier Chamber of Commerce and St. John's Catholic Church. He earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, his master's degree in public administration from Harvard University and his bachelor's degree from Boston College.

Prior to joining Express, Janet served as the advertising sales manager at the National School Boards Association. She was also employed at Discovery Publications, USA Today and United Media International. Janet earned her bachelor's degree from Drew University.
