Before joining Express, Paulina moved to the United States from her native country of Peru to learn English and pursue a pharmacy career. Steven and Paulina owned and operated a limousine company before purchasing Source 1 Staffing, an independent staffing agency. Most recently, Steven and Paulina decided to convert Source 1 Staffing to the Express brand to better meet the needs of local businesses and workers.
